Going back on track is the motivation you need to keep going.

It is far too easy to fall into the trap of those who just want you to lose weight quickly, without giving you detailed advice on what to do. If you read this book, you will discover what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, and even ways on how to create healthy weight loss meals. All of this information is provided in a logical manner and presented in a very friendly manner.

A final quote from the book talks about being motivated. Here, the author talks about being a fanatic and how it can be more difficult to stay on track, but that staying focused are one of the most important elements in losing weight. You see, when you are motivated, you do not easily give up. You also stay interested in your goals and remain motivated. This is the kind of person I would recommend trying to become.
